No matter how many times I tried to cancel the subscription, I was always faced with an error message. Now I’ve been charged. So I’ve had to waste more time waiting for customers services and waiting and waiting... Awful and immoral to block people cancelling.
This app lets you pay for a PPV then sets you up on an auto subscription that is seemingly impossible to end or edit.
Paid for Fury vs Usyk only but DAZN a week later DAZN toon another $29.99 from my account. Be very careful how they use your details to make additional purchases or extras even though they say ‘on time purchase’. Also missed 4 rounds of the fight due to technical issues. Platform needs quite a bit of work, not good.
I love the NFL, but this is by far the worst streaming service I have. Very slow to load and consistently crashes. Such a shame!

Took money for PPV but couldn’t watch it
This app is so slow it’s unbearable. Ever since the NFL game pass moved to DAZN it’s been absolutely rubbish. Totally ruined watching the nfl games for me. I’ve been paying nearly ten years for the NFL game pass and I will not be renewing if it’s with dazn next year. I can’t get to watch the prime time games because it’s too late for me in the uk but I like to get up an hour early to watch the 40 min replay but whenever I click on the 40 min video it starts from the end so you see the score which is so stupid, this doesn’t happen every time so I have to mute my tv and close my eyes and try to rewind the video before I see the score. This is by far the worst sports streaming app I have. Sky go works fine Netflix and Amazon prime works fine but dazn is just a laggy mess. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Don’t sign up they will scam you. Take your money. They will say it’s a free trial but they will make you pay and won’t refund you even before the 7th day.
Have used DAZN for several years for the NFL because there is no other streaming option. This season the streaming has been incredibly glitchy. We have very fast broadband and no issues with any of multiple other streaming services. They also have blacked out games despite paying for access to every game. Overall, disappointing, especially for the price, but we’re a captive audience.
