Welcome to DC: Dark Legion! Experience unprecedented adventures in the DC universe in this mobile game officially licensed by DC. I’ve been playing from day one and every update worsens the game. It’s clear the developers aren’t listening to what the players want and clearly don’t care. It almost feels like they’re trying to chase players away. Long term players are starved for anything to do as they make what little is available more laborious and tedious to do with each update and reskinned boring events. Even their One Year Anniversary event is just a cheap reskin of a previous event, adding nothing actually fresh or new into the game. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t download. The only players still around are the ones suffering sunk cost fallacy.

Been playing for about 4-5 months now and it’s a really fun game! But it’s really money based. Literally it’s going to hard for you to level up your champions unless you spend money and you have to be on every day if you really want to be part of a good alliance to max out the rewards.

First it takes forever to star up any decent heros
Second after finishing the story, and leveling up the base, there’s only pvp, no events other than pvp events 
The two quests to evolve Wonder Woman and Red Hood take forever because of the stamina - they also have a huge difficulty spike 
Unless you spend tons of money grinding the gatcha - it’s incredibly hard to star up characters 
It’s fun in the beginning but it quickly got boring

This game has become very money hungry. Making this pretty much a Pay to Win. Crazy how they add more ways for you to spend money but not enough content to keep you playing. Newer players don’t stay around too long and older players are now stuck and are thinking about leaving the game. Two of the biggest champs (Batman and Green Lantern) you have to pay for if you want to unlock them.

Edit: Many players have left the game and our server is starting to die like the game has. Nothing added that would make someone want to keep playing the game. They just keep adding more ways to pay and have now lowered the quantity of what you’re getting in exchange for money in events. People don’t like the game anymore and are only around because of the friendships they made. Also instead of releasing more new characters, they release the same ones but with a different skin (that you have to pay money to get).

I have 2 accounts in this game: p2w light spender & f2p.  I compare the two and it’s not a f2p friendly.  You need a couple of months to be able to have a decent team.  By that time you probably lost interest.  Plus constant updates are not well implemented.

The game was great in the beginning. Granted it is using AI art and has been consistently which is scummy but whatever. Fast forward to now and it’s literally unplayable. Every update makes the game impossible. They want us to spend more money SO bad they keep updating in ways to help people who pay and stifle those who don’t. The most recent update makes the game genuinely unplayable for everybody. The devs refuse to listen to feedback and are just money hungry. You’re better off spending your time and money on literally any other game. Super disappointing.

Also Crisis needs more levels added I’ve already hit 150! 

And the Gear Transmute is super confusing, I think it should be easier to pick what traits you want to keep and get rid of, it’s super confusing. That’s my biggest problem with the game , I do love the game but I definitely would like to see the Gesr Transmuting changed

I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt only because I wanted a red star Red Hood but I can see now that the only way that will happen any time soon is of I pay for it. The UI is overbearing and the screen is crowded, making it easy and almost required to misclick something at least once per log-in. The constant demands to be present on the game, unable to go even 24hours before you lose rewards, the multiple events every day of the week. It started as a fun game to play but now it is just demanding. And it is not worth it when the game crashes often and the updates are always against the players.
And all this on top of turning a pay to win game even more unfriendly to free players, it is the final straw. I am now done.
