### **--- "Zugauskunft mangelhaft - Ticketkauf ok"
Heute stehe ich nun schon zum 2. Mal an der Haltestelle und Bahnen, die die App anzeigt kommen nicht. 
Verspätungen werden nicht angezeigt. Ausgefallene Züge offensichtlich auch nicht. Die Zeitanzeige in der App stimmt nicht mit den stimmigeren Anzeigen an den Haltestellen überein. Die Haltestellenanzeigen gibt es aber auf vielen Bahnhöfen nicht. Stehe seid knapp 1 h am Bahnhof, wo alle 20min ein Zug fahren soll.

Gekaufte Ticketbundles sind nicht mehr sichtbar, auf einmal alle verschwunden obwohl ich von der 50-Fahrten Karte bestimmt noch 32 übrig hatte.

Die letzten Jahre war diese App nicht wirklich nutzbar. Das hat sich geändert (2022):
- Tickets kaufen, bezahlen und aktivieren funktioniert. 
- Zeitplan in der App (inkl. Verspätungen) entspricht auch der Anzeigetafel 

Einzig Zusatzinfos die für den Buchungsprozess notwendig sind wie zB Fahrradmitnahme, Preisermäßigung für Kleinkinder etc. sind nur auf der Webseite zu finden.

In der App gekaufte Tickets werden nach dem Bezahlvorgang nicht in der App angezeigt und sind damit effektiv weg.

Die App schlägt unter anderem Verbindungen über die Nahverkehrszüge rund um Brüssel an. Sie schlägt dazu Tagestickets oder Einzeltickets vor, die jedoch in den Zügen ungültig sind. Es muss bedacht werden, dass wirklich nur die Busse von diesem Anbieter (De Lijn) mit den Tickets verwendet werden können, und NICHT die Nahverkehrszüge und NICHT die Metro in Brüssel an sich.
Wir hatten nur Glück, dass dem Schaffner durchaus bewusst war, dass das System nicht ganz durchsichtig gestaltet ist in Belgien und wir somit nur einen Teil nachzahlen mussten und nicht gar etwa eine Strafe.
Diese App sollte auf jeden Fall nur noch Verbindung anzeigen, für die die Tickets gültig sind und auch nur Tickets verkaufen, die auch wirklich für eine Verbindung nutzbar sind.
