Le service est quand même bien pourrie, j’ai envoyé un message sur chat il y a 4j, une réponse d’un certain Robin 24h apres qui ne prend pas la peine de lire les messages. Ça fait 2 jours qu’il ne répond pas et n’a pas cherché a résoudre mon problème. 
J’ai envoyé mail qui reste évidemment sans retour. 
Même avec le prenium qui est sensé nous donner un accès plus rapide au service client je n’ai aucun retour. 
Je ne vais pas parler du bot dans le chat qui est plus que catastrophique.
