constant glitches, paid for content not available, about to cancel subscription just because of the app

Love this Decanter Premium App but having to reinstall it every few weeks - often at inconvenient times is a pain. This glitch should have been fixed by now 🤨

Nothing has changed about this app in the years I’ve had a premium subscription and there is nothing premium about it. It does a basic job of letting you read an online magazine, so why do I have to regularly delete it and reinstall to be able to login?

The site never recognises my membership so I reset my password and it still doesn’t pick-up the new one and so I don’t have access. Really frustrating bearing in mind the membership cost.

The content is great and it works fantastic if connected to the internet. The offer the ability to download the magazine but the app itself won’t work if offline so renders it useless. Please fix this.

Agree with all the other users. Content is great, when you can access it. The app crashes, a lot! And you can download magazines but doesn’t seem to matter. If you are offline hardly ever loads right. Not sure why they should have this problem, displaying content should be child’s play. Please concentrate on sorting out these issues. Would be 5 stars if you could get it to work properly.

I bought this app and it looks great, but it asks me to sign in. After I sign in, I try to access some content and it asks me to sign in again, so I am stuck in an endless loop. My complaint to the help line told me I need to pay a subscription but I already paid £19 for the app. Doesn’t seem right and if it is right, then it is a swindle.

Can’t log in even after restarting password. Shame

For some reason my email address is showing as not being registered but is the same I have had for many years so it happy with this app !!!

I rarely ever write reviews - but this app (and associated website) is just inexcusably poor. Nothing remotely Premium about it. Subscribe to News+ and read it on there instead.
