### ***** "Listened to 100s - this is the best."
I searched long and hard to find an app to help me sleep and this is where my search ended. Perhaps I am over sensitive but so many of the other apps I listened to had jarring turns of phrase, or grating accents or worst of all that weird clacking noise that people make when their mouth is dry and that the microphone happily amplifies.  Basically a lot of them sound like someone I’d end up punching if I got stuck beside them at a party. Andrew Johnson on the other hand has a lovely voice, fantastic accent (who wouldn’t like to listen to the Scottish accent all day), and the guided meditations themselves are perfect, just the kind of words needed to calm your mind. And it has never failed me. Ever. I can’t recommend this enough. Happy snoozing.
