This app is garbage. Crushing, loading endlessly and crunching again. It’s a fail.
At first I was very skeptical of this app but in 2024 it is Working properly you may have to call support due to a possible “potential” glitch with the order system but they’re representatives are very respectable and helpful Will use again !
The app is glitchy and made two laundry orders. It won’t let me cancel one of the laundry orders and getting ahold of anyone is pretty much impossible.
The app is awful. No ETA on the app. No way to cancel orders online, you have to call!!!! Takes forever to deliver!!!. Customer Service response is fast and they’re very helpful. This is why I’m giving it 1 star and because I can’t give 0 stars.
If something goes wrong with your order, Delivery.com customer service will do nothing to help.
There was a major issue with my food. I’m allergic to onions and found a piece under my side dish. This is extremely unsafe and dangerous to my health therefore I requested a refund for my order immediately. Delivery.com only offered me a $5 credit(keep in mind my order total was $23.35) in which I politely declined and requested a full refund back to my card instead. Delivery.com refuses to refund my money and are the reason I’m at the emergency room for allergic reactions right now. Really sad, disappointed, and disgusted at how inconsiderate and unprofessional this company is operating.
Hate to see all the click bait new emails deals with "50% off", "20% off" just to see "up to $8, up to $10". when was the last time someone's order was $20 just to get the actually 50% off??
Sometimes it will open and sit there with the blue screen with the logo and never go to the restaurant list. No matter how long you wait or close and open again. Update: STILL a problem getting to the restaurant list when you open and get a coupon or message which makes you choose going to the web or not. Does not matter what you choose the screen stays blank and the location icon at the top that shows the app is using your location turns off. Therefore you just as soon close it and go to a different app. Also when I actually get to the restaurant list, one restaurant’s menu is empty.
App is full of bugs, very few restaurants compared to competitors, they tend to not be good quality, and most of them have delivery fees. The service charges are absurd.
I had an issue with my order where one of the items was missing. I called the customer service number and after a brief hold, someone answered and immediately hung up. I tried calling back a couple times, but kept getting stuck on hold. I tried reaching out via chat, but no response. The restaurant wasn’t able to help saying the order they received had only 2 mains.
