Dear developers of this application. Please add the Russian language to the application There is a lot of useful information here that I cannot understand in English. I think for many residents of Russia, information in their native language would be clearer. Thank you. Уважаемые разработчики этого приложения. Очень большая просьба добавить в приложение русский язык 🙏🏻 Очень много полезной информации которую не могу понять на английском языке. Думаю для многих русских резидентов информация на родном языке была бы понятнее. Спасибо.

Password reset link not working! It says invalid action error when I try to change it! Please fix and I change the rating

All works now

Worked fine until a few days ago. Now not accepting either fingerprint or UAE Pass login options. Just hangs…

I like the app but every time you try to open it, it requires an update. The updates are too frequent!

Not possible to update personal or payment details on app.

Getting duplicated charges on my EV account , and for 3 months DEWA has zero response.

It’s a convenient app but since the new update the Apple Pay no longer works on it which makes the whole app useless.

App doesn’t work. I tried several times to log in to check my water and electricity consumption as my bill is very high although consumption is reduced but I always get some error. Tried from several WiFi’s and 5G nothing works.
