Dexcom Clarity

This app is terrible. I keep having to uninstall it and redownload everytime I want to login. You’d think for what these CGMs cost they could get the app working right.

Application is unstable. Is over writing one's password. Seems to have list all historical data as of today. Maybe the site will recover, but this has happened before with Dexcom Clarity. This site instability costs me lost time and futile keystrokes.

Almost every single time I try to open the app it lets me sign in then gives me a blank page, I’ve tried several ways to fix this issue and it never seems to work.

Every time I try to log in on my iPad, it does not go well. My user name is my email address, but it gets changed to my phone number and as result my password doesn’t work. It would be more user friendly to allow iOS password to be automatically fill out like most apps do. It takes longer to log in than to run the reports. Really poor interface.

Like other user reviews it looks like many of us are getting Network Error messages when going into the app, then a continuous loop when trying to log in. Is there a fix for this yet?

Once the app experiences a network error, it hangs. You have to delete it and reinstall the app.

I’m hoping to see integration in the future so I don’t have to have multiple apps (Dexcom G7 AND Tandem Mobi app constantly running in the background) for Clarity to receive data. I’ve loved the G7 with the Mobi so far but I’m missing Clarity! I’d love to know if there’s any plans to fix this in the future.. but regardless, I love the Clarity app because it’s nice to get an idea of where I’m trending BEFORE I go see my endocrinologist lol

I can sign in on my computer (but there’s no app) but on my phone when I sign in it takes me to privacy options that I can’t turn on and after confirming them it loops me back to sign in. Is dev and QC outsourced?

I am finding that even on days that don’t exactly go to plan, I can meet my goals more often than I thought possible. My diabetes educator told me I was doing much better than I thought I was doing. He said that meeting my goals would allow me to live longer and healthier. A great outcome that I had not expected since my diabetes stopped being more controlled. I very much like using my dexcom6 app.
