The Dexcom G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System supports more empowered and integrated diabetes management. Its low-profile, wearable sensor provides real-time glucose data to a user’s compatible display device, no fingersticks required.†  
Dexcom G7 also offers customizable alerts that can help warn of high or low glucose levels, as well as remote monitoring and reporting options that help keep users connected to their loved ones and care teams anytime, anywhere.

†If your glucose alerts and readings from Dexcom G7 do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.


In addition to the accurate performance provided by the Dexcom Sensor, you’ll receive other valuable features:
•	Share your glucose data with up to 10 followers who can monitor your glucose data and trends on their compatible smart device with the Dexcom Follow app. Share and Follow functions require an internet connection
•	 Clarity Clinic is now integrated into the G7 connections tab, making it easy to share data with your Clarity healthcare team  
•	Now you can log your estimated fasting glucose in the Dexcom G7 app. Regularly tracking your fasting glucose allows you and your healthcare team to identify trends in your glucose levels
•	Connect G7 Sensor directly to your Apple Watch, giving you the freedom and convenience of real-time glucose readings on your wrist even when you’re not near your phone**
•	Digital Health app integrations allow you to share your glucose data with third-party health apps and lifestyle devices
•	Now you can see your health and activity data from connected apps and devices on your G7 trend graph 
•	Add a shortcut so you can ask Siri to read your current glucose value, using a custom phrase
•	Dexcom Clarity summary insights are integrated into the G7 app, so that you can see both real-time and retrospective glucose insights from the same app


Apple Watch:
•	View your glucose information, trend graph, and alerts right from your wrist with the Dexcom G7 Apple Watch app. Watches require compatible smart device to use app.

G7 app features and partner integrations may differ by region.  Refer to your user guide for more information.

**Compatible smartphone is required to pair a new Dexcom G7 sensor with a compatible Apple Watch. Dexcom G7 users must continuously have their smartphone within 20 feet / 6 meters to utilize the Share/Follow features. Apple Watch is not capable of Share/Follow.

Nu har appen i 2 måneder i notifikation fortalt, at telefonens Bluetooth er slukket. Hvilket den aldrig er. Det betyder så, at jeg ikke længere kan aflæse glukose på mit Garmin ur. Og når man gør udviklerne opmærksom på problemet, så kommer der ikke svar. Jeg overvejer faktisk at få den gamle 6’er igen. 😢

Sindssyg ringe app. 
Da jeg endelig fik logget på, ville den ikke lade mig komme videre, fordi min lokation ikke stemte overens med min bopæls land.
Forstår ikke hvad min lokation har noget med at måle et blodsukker at gøre?!? 
Og når jeg så klikker efter support, leder den mig hen til en side der ikke findes. 
Det er frustrerende!

I had problems with the G6 but the G7 is worse. 
Please get a fixed Bluetooth signal connection to the iphone.
I had absolutely no problems with the Libre sensor, maybe you should ask them for advice, otherwise remove the app, it gives false security.

Jeg oplever flere problemer med min G7 app end jeg gjorde med min G6 app.

Jeg bruger iPhone XR iOS version 17.2.1
Men versionen er ligegyldig for problemer har været de samme hen over flere opdateringer.

Alle visuelle notifikationer viser altid den forrige målte værdi. Dvs. hvis jeg f.eks. får en notifikation om at mit blodsukker er 4,2 så kan det nemt være 3,6 når jeg så åbner appen for at slå alarmen fra. Det glæder også hvis mit blodsukker er stingende.

Jeg oplever også at alle alarmer på nær akut lav er opfører sig underligt om natten.
Jeg har en anderledes adviseringsplan om natten, men hvis min telefon bare ligger op lader op i løbet af natten, så kan mit blodsukker godt stige op over den angivne “høje” værdi, uden at jeg får nogen notifikation?
-Hvis jeg så tilfældigt vågner og lige rører ved telefonen, så går den fuldstændig amok med alarmer og vækker hele huset. Det virker nærmest som om G7 appen også falder i søvn om natten, og hvis man så vækker den, kommer den i tanke om hvad den er til for.

Jeg har selv invertet farveskemaet via iPhone tilgængelighed menuen, men jeg savner en funktion hvor man kan slå appen over i et mørkt tema, så man ikke bliver blændet af en hvid skærm, hvis man F.eks skal tjekke sit blodsukker om natten.

After leaving a negative review, saying the alerts does not work on my iPhone and Apple Watch, I get a response telling me to go to the compatibility list of the G6 app.

I use iPhone 13 Pro with Apple Watch series 7, which are on the compatible device list.

No addressing the issues I mentioned, they just sent me to the wrong website...

I truly wish someone fires every single one of the developers and customer support personal, replaces them with someone who actually wants to do their job.

This isn't some type of mobile phone game, this is an important app for diabetic affected people, and if it fails, like it does for me, it could have SERIOUS health implications, like it has for me.

I have fainted multiple times because the alerts do not work, the sound do not work, the widgets do not work, and their customer support does not work either.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company.

A lot of my other apps work much better, some are even made by smaller teams.

Take it more seriously, get it together for crying out loud.
Unacceptable.
