After being with Receiptbank/Dext for many years I was hit with a significant price rise. As I did not receive the email notification my subscription was automatically renewed with you costs being 75% higher than previous years. I contacted Dext and was told that they could not assist me as I had been notified of price change via email. Most companies would cancel subscription and credit or come to some arrangement but DEXT refused. Not happy.
