Despite the untwisted brand, the delivery service is disgusting. My parcel from Italy to Turkey has been "carried" for more than 2 weeks and they still can't even tell the date when it will arrive!

Я понимаю, что это крупнейшая и уважаемая компания, но! Я заказал экспресс доставку с Кипра в Турцию. Экспресс, как написано на сайте, 2-3 рабочих дня. В итоге специально прилетел в Турцию. И доставка 13!!! Дней, из которых первые 3 дня не происходило ничего! Специально отменил утренний рейс в надежде на обещанный срок, но, в итоге, улетел без посылки. Поддержка пишет образные фразы. Как итог потерянное время, деньги и сорванная сделка. Дешевле и надежней было самому слетать на Кипр. Пишу отзыв, сидя в отеле, и вообще не понимая, как теперь забрать посылку, которая придет в отель, из которого я уеду.

Плохо работает, всё криво, регистрация проходит криво, авторизоваться не вышло, ужасно работает вообще всё что пытались сделать 🤮🤮🤮

Singura aplicație de curierat care funcționează jalnic, ca de altfel toate serviciile oferite de DHL! O livrare intracomunitară durează săptămâni în timp ce alte companii similare livrează în câteva zile. Absolut de evitat!!!

I have been notified one day before delivery that my package will arrive next day, being international shipping, i took off from work earlier and cancelled my plans for the day waiting for my delivery. A couple hours later i get an email notifying me that my delivery failed, without me being contacted at all by the carrier, it was also past support hours, so i had no way of contacting DHL or at least the carrier’s phone number. I’m very disappointed, i changed my entire schedule in order to be ready to receive the parcel after they notified me one day earlier, this just seems like one of the delivery drivers not being in the mood to do his job. The worst thing about it is that the delivery day was Friday, now i have to wait an entire weekend for a very important parcel. Just don’t schedule it if you know you can’t deliver it. People will understand, but if you set expectations, you will disappoint. Time is money and you lost me money. I expected more professionalism from a name like DHL. If you collaborate with DHL, not even express shipping is trustworthy, so don’t expect them to be serious about their services!
