Приложение из 90х, когда появились компьютеры, чат не работает, если что-то случиться один способ связи с банком - звонить по старинке по телефону, потом минут 10 диктовать индусу информацию . В финале украли деньги из банка трансфером, а связаться с банком никак нельзя, чтобы хоть что-то предпринять. Если вам не жалко свои деньги и нервы, пользуйтесь)))
Разработчики явно ненавидят людей, убогий функционал из начала 2000 годов
It all looks like DIB hired someone to write an app for them, but all the rest are managed by security guys, that enforce the most strict and inconvenient approach for the consumer. You have to enter the security question every time you log in, your access gets blocks if you sneeze, app often does not work, support is non responsive and there would never call you back...

Am new to dib i opened my account online using app now its how many days i didn’t receive my debit card and no calls from bank too yet i try to call helpline its also useless too i tried the live chat option guess what the same its always showing that ita busy and they will connect and it never happens i waited like 45 mints i dnot know what type of services they r providing really disappointed
They need to change their whole bank system app really terrible
The bank charges for minimum balance maintenance is not an acceptable option. We are not earning much high salary to pay every month charges and to keep balance of AED 3k.

I was trying to connect with DIB to clarify something about my credit card. And there was no option to talk to a customer care agent. I waited and was in line for almost 30 mins. All my phone balance finished and I had to leave from the line without talking to a customer service representative.
