I purchased tickets but realised the concert was ending late, no transport to rural areas. I tried to offer the tickets to mates but couldn’t as they were locked. Asked their customer service to help but got nothing back, they are just another bot controlled gimmick, no customer service at all.  Just a rip off- won’t use again.
