Usually when I'm sending a request or question by email I don't really have an expectation to hear back sooner than a day or even a week. Today I was surprised to be provided with help in 20 minutes by Dice support group. Cheers, guys

I bought 3 tickets to Primavera via Dice a few ms ago: for me and 2 other friends. My friends recently told me they can’t make it. I tried to resell the tickets via the app and my refund has been pending since. Not only haven’t I received any update despite filling out a contact form, I can’t send the tickets to any interested prospect via the app should someone offer to buy them from me due to the “pending” status.
