I was disappointed to find out that there's no option to return or resell tickets if you're unable to attend due to illness. Unfortunately, because of this policy, I won't be attending events that use Dice as a ticket manager in the future.

Horrible app that does not allow you to resell tickets.

They offer a “return to queue” service which is supposed to let others buy the ticket from you. However when no potential buyers are in the queue, this functionality is disabled. 

The tickets are not visible in the app until a few hours before the actual event which means you as a ticket holder can’t access the tickets and resell them on other platforms. It creates a lock in effect. Now I’m stuck with 3 tickets worth € 800 and unable to resell them, even for a discounted price.
