i’ve truly never ever experienced such a good customer service as this company’s, given the fact that they are based in England and the time difference they were still able to help me the entire time and I was completely pleased with the results. I purchased 2 tickets for Boiler Room LA through Dice to see DJ Mustard. When the lineup changed, Dice failed to notify me properly and then imposed a hidden refund deadline that wasn’t in the original terms. My refund request, submitted on time, was ignored. The event hasn’t even happened yet, but Dice refuses to help. Terrible customer support and shady handling of lineup changes.

They will incessantly spam you. There is no opt out or unsubscribe link. If you turn off all emails and notifications in the app, they will still spam you. There is no way to contact them.

I had tickets to a Gryffin concert and they rescheduled the date of the concert. It said if you can't attend the rescheduled date, just request a refund. When requesting one, the customer service representatives were extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. They did not give me a refund which is false advertising because I requested one way over 24 hours in advanced and they said they would. They said there's no possible way to get me a refund and they were extremely useless.
