When too busy for bookings, the fully booked screen will display with no option to go to any other screen. Even if you already have a booking meaning you can’t check the details of your booking or track the driver as you would normally be able to. Can be fixed with a simple Boolean flag which doesn’t display the fully booked screen if you already have a booking. Will literally take 2 minutes to fix. Also the app constantly crashes.

Contacted through phone. Notified I was getting to No.2 operator. Said I was at some(name omitted) Hotel, Old Hall. Operator sounded cold at once saying she doesn’t know where it is… Wonder if you have a GPS or google map for your staff at least for phone operators, cuz this one definitely didn’t have.

App doesn’t even work. Constantly just says we’re closed, we open at 5pm, even well after that. And that’s it’s it. Don’t bother downloading it unless you can now see reviews saying different. Wasting your time.

A taxi booking app that isn’t able to find street names and house numbers is pretty useless. I can’t book from my home address so it’s basically unusable.

The app doesn’t let you book a taxi without giving a house number. So, if you don’t have a house number, you can’t use it. Had to ring instead. When you ring you get a recorded message saying, Why don’t you use our app? Because I don’t have a house number!
