### *---- "Misleading and disappointing"
As a loyal fan of many Accor hotel brands, I find it deeply disappointing that they’re associated with an app like Dis-loyalty. Frankly, it feels like a scam. The whole concept is riddled with fine print, hidden conditions, and so many exceptions that it becomes practically impossible for a spontaneous traveler to actually benefit from any of the supposed discounts.

Spending €350 a year for a membership that delivers little to no real value feels like a rip-off — and to make matters worse, I’ve tried cancelling the subscription three times via email, and I still haven’t received confirmation.

It makes me question whether this app was even developed or managed by Accor themselves. Either way, it has turned me from a loyal guest into a deeply dissatisfied one. Such a wasted opportunity.
