It is such a shame that a company like Disney would not have a faster and more effective app for their employees. It is constantly crashing, glitching out, and is not up to date on technology advancements (Face ID, automatic password saving, etc.) it is super disappointing to be a cast member and have an app that is not working at its full potential- ever.

I can not log in! I tried my password so many times and it wont let me in. Resetting is impossible, it keeps taking me back to the log in page when i select rest password. So frustrating!

I don’t understand how this multi BILLION DOLLAR company can’t even make an app for its cast members to use without issues. I have had to log in four times in the last day alone. That’s not to mention the relogging in once you’re in to view Rostr or your paystub. And the Okta verify only works if I use the second “push notification” button? And sometimes it requires Okta verify several times a day too. Stop logging me out!! You made us have a ridiculously long password and having to type that multiple times a day just to check my schedule is insane.

This app breaks down more than it works and glitches a lot . When I need to call out or request call back it lags most times so I can’t even do anything on the app . It takes you back to the same page if it’s lagging no matter how much you try . And they never say anything about when app will be down . You would think a billion dollar company would make sure their app is 100% but what do you expect from a company who doesn’t even take care of their own

It’s mind boggling to me that a billion dollar company has horrible apps. We can’t make a good app to save our lives. What’s the point of having a native app on IOS or Android if it’s still just a web app. No infrastructure built in, it’s all on the back end of the website which in itself is trash.  Navigating is painful, loading pages takes forever. Schedule drops treasure forever to load and time off requests take forever as well. Why don’t you scrap this terrible product and make something better from scratch.

App never stops loading and ALWAYS logs you out. And all of the “modules” are just webpages so you have to login for that as well.

The latest update has severely disrupted the functionality of the trade page. I am unable to copy and paste hubs because the keyboard obstructs the text box, preventing me from scrolling up to view the content. Furthermore, the app logs me out every other time I attempt to open it, which is incredibly frustrating. It also struggles to manage the volume of cast members accessing the schedule, resulting in significant performance issues. Additionally, it constantly states that I have the wrong password, despite having it saved as a shortcut on my phone, which forces me to rely on IT for resets. For a multi-billion dollar company, it is unacceptable to have such a poorly designed app for its employees. This situation needs immediate attention and resolution.

They heard us and fixed the issues, thanks! Now to make it a five star, allow us to export our weekly schedules to our calendar. That way my family doesn’t have to ask me every hour when I am working!!!

Previously I said this app was awful. You would spend all your time trying to sign in. Since the latest 3.0 update they have mostly fixed it. The app finally integrates with Apple passwords so you can instantly enter your info and in many instances everything loads immediately. A big win, thank you!
