So when I first tried too download this game it said need a newer iPad and as soon as my dad downloaded this game it is really hard for me to STOP playing. DOWNLOAD NOW

Keeps saying not compatible with this version. It should be. Fix the game

I find playing this game on a mobile device is a lot easier than on a computer. It’s very engaging, sweet, and who doesn’t love Disney characters? I highly suggest you get this game.

Doesn’t work even though it says right in the description that it’s compatible highly disappointed!

Like my sister has the game and I have the game too and when I want to get in it said that my version of it was different and it got me out of the game ,but the game is good and please change it and my sister has a iPad and it works for her and not me!!!

I have been playing this game since June! I love how there’s a never ending list of things to do and discover new places to travel to! But the only issue with this is there’s so many bugs! Sometimes my game freezes and I’ll have to reset. And also some quests like the Donald Duck one where you have to place the Dreamlight banner by the tunnel in Forgotten Lands is still a glitch since I’ve played it. I hope they can fix this soon.

It said oh no this version on the game is not capable of this version

I’ve been really wanting to play this game and was happy to find out its apart of Apple Arcade. However after downloading i am unable to play due receiving an error message that my iPad was incompatible despite it being listed under compatible devices. My iPad is on the latest update with the A12 chip however I am unable to play. However this is fix soon as i want to play on this device and not only my console

Hi, I made sure to check the list for compatible devices and although my device is on there (ipad 9th gen), it’s not working. I checked Reddit for other people’s responses on this topic and many are having issues with this. Either take the non compatible devices off the store or make them compatible. This issue has been ongoing since this came out to the store. Please listen to us we just want to play your game!
