I love Disney and this game. I love playing with my favorite characters from movies and shows and then discovering new favorites because of their unique powers in the game. There’s something for everyone.

Most favorite game ever

Terrible support and crash issues

I spent a good deal of time and money on this game and earned many characters. The game crashed and they advised that I uninstall and reload. When I did that, my game was lost along with everything I earned. The support team was worthless and rude and could not restore my game nor would they restore my purchases. These people make Disney look bad and Disney should consider their licensing choices more carefully. Skip this one and get another app to play.

Keeps Losing Prize Calendar Place-Glitch

Every day I collect from the prize calendar. There are times where it seems like it will reset and say that I haven’t collected the last few days so I won’t be able to collect the larger price at the end of the month. I find this to be really irritating, and seems to be trying to get me to purchase items to collect past calendar prize days. It stinks, esp since I’m such a long time player, it seems scammy on the developers’ part.
