The app on Apple TV doesn’t allow you to change the country code, my account is made with a number of a different country than the one I live in, therefore I’m not able to use my account on my Apple TV. I contacted support many times and each time they say that they’re working on an update to fix that but it’s been months and still nothing has changed.
Can you add the speed option when watching something
Its not opining on my iphone very bad😏
The OTP code is never received via SMS, and whenever the app logs out it’s a nightmare to reach support to try and have the OTP delivered. Might cancel my subscription due to this.
i love the app , it has a lot of shows and features . my only problem is that there isnt an option to watch in speed 1.5 or 2 or faster. i tend to watch shows faster with this option, because i’m quite impatient. although when i subscribed i found out that theres no option to watch faster. please fix it
I finally decided to end my subscription and delete the app. During this period I had to call support multiple times, asking them to fix the login sms issue. To login you need a code, and the code is never received, the app on Apple TV logs you out every couple of days. Eventually I got frustrated and decided to end my subscription. I wish that everyone having the same issue will leave a review so that Disney can fix this.
Best quality and tv preference, but plz add the rest of season 5 miraculouse 😘😘
The download feature is buggy and horrible please fix
