This app provides you with the option to receive push notifications for information relating to your visit to a Park or stay at a Disney Resort hotel.

### *---- "Spent 3h trying to purchase tickets"
Something was giving an error message on the website when trying to pay tickets. Customer service said it was because mismatch with account address and billing address but we re-entered several times and even creates a new account from scratch and it still gave error messages. This was not a human error, we didn’t even get an apology or help. Instead we were directed to pay tickets by the entrance but when we got there they didn’t know Rudy we were talking about and gave us push backs until a manager got involved. Long story short we waisted 4h for nothing and had a very bad start. 

Another thing that made the visit really hard was that on the Disney app the map didn’t have a marker to show where we were, super strange so we had to stop and ask constantly.

Hi,
The "Lightning Lane" with "Genie+" does NOT work! You pay additionally for that and can only use it for a few attractions! You also need to find a time slot for "reserving" and one reservation at the time with a TWO hour waiting in between bookings! We have been to plenty of parks all over the world and Disneyland is by far the worst in terms of queing, poor app functionality, difficult queing systems, bad service etc. When you charge a fortune forcthe tickets then everything must line up to that in terms of service and functionality!!!

Cannot make a dinner reservation with pch grill, make reservation times out with an error screen. What Disney land experience is this to not be able to make reservations for eating? Booo
