Of je nu je bezoek plant of al in het hart van de magie bent, de Disneyland Paris app verandert je telefoon in een toverstaf die je zal helpen je verblijf voor te bereiden en van je dag te genieten. 

BEREID JE BEZOEK VOOR
• Koop je toegangstickets en bewaar ze in de app. 
• Begin van tevoren je hotel check-in om tijd te besparen bij aankomst, zodat je meer tijd in de Parken kunt doorbrengen! 
• Koop van tevoren je Disney Premier Access en bewaar ze in de app om één keer toegang te krijgen tot de snelle rij bij verschillende attracties, wanneer je maar wilt.
• Reserveer je tijdslot in het Super Hero Station (alleen voor gasten die in Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel verblijven).
• Ontvang aanbevelingen op maat en maak een wensenlijst die je tijdens je bezoek kunt afvinken.
• Vind informatie over de toegankelijkheid van alle attracties.


TIJDENS JE BEZOEK
• Check de wachttijden voor attracties en de showtijden. 
• Raadpleeg de interactieve plattegrond en gebruik filters om attracties, restaurants, boetieks, shows en ontmoetingen met Disney Figuren te vinden die je wilt bezoeken. 
• Koop Disney Premier Access One of Disney Premier Access Ultimate om sneller toegang te krijgen tot een aantal populaire attracties.
• Bekijk je aankomende en gebruikte Disney Premier Access aankopen en vind je QR-codes in "Mijn plannen".
• Meld je aan voor het Hero Training Center in Marvel Avengers Campus voor een heldhaftige training.


GENIET VAN EEN HEERLIJKE DISNEY BELEVING
• Reserveer een tafel in één van onze restaurants (vanaf 2 maanden voor je aankomstdatum, of vanaf 12 maanden voor gasten die verblijven in een Disney Hotel). 
• Bestel je eten vooraf en haal het op later op bij bepaalde counter-service restaurants.
• Zoek restaurants d.m.v. type keuken of etenstijd.
• Raadpleeg gedetailleerde menu's. 
• Bekijk welke restaurants inbegrepen zijn in je maaltijdoptie.

• Activeer meldingen om herinneringen te ontvangen over je boekingen, in real time informatie te krijgen over shows en attracties tijdens je bezoek, meer te weten te komen over aankomende seizoenen en evenementen en nog veel meer.

Its a shame to see that they put so much work in the park but the app is just horrible to use. Experience is not matching. Could not scan tickets. Also kids did not show up in the ticket overview so could not buy fastpasses..

Would be a fine app if it didn’t regularly log you out when you need it to access information in the park. The thing doesn’t even have face or Touch ID log I. So you gotta type in your password every time. Incredibly frustrating.

Added 3 tickets. The tickets never showed up in the app and could not be added again 🤷🏼‍♂️

If you add a ticket and dont immediately fill in the name details, i.e. if there's a delay between scanning the ticket and pressing Save, the tickets will never display and you won't be able to add them again.

Devs, this'd be a good bug to prioritise 💯

I’ve been to Disneyland Anaheim and Disneyworld Orlando (and now Disneyland Paris). It’s safe to say this app is the slowest of the 3 parks mentioned.

It’s also the only app that constantly logs you out after a couple of hours. Which is extremely unpleasant when you are in the park.

Nuttige app voor de parken, maar je moet telkens opnieuw inloggen. Dit is erg onhandig als je bijvoorbeeld je restaurantreservering wilt controleren, omdat het inloggen ontzettend lang duurt.

Als de app werkt is hij top, maar dat is helaas niet vaak. Al heel vaak moeten verwijderen en opnieuw downloaden omdat hij weer compleet vastliep. Moet ook iedere keer opnieuw inloggen in mijn account als ik de app open.
