At DIY, we believe that every kid is inherently creative. That's why our mission is to give kids all over the world a safe space to build, create, and grow together!
The DIY app offers kids a safe and moderated platform to get inspired to do something new everyday! There are over 150 interests for kids to explore like art, gaming, coding, music, anime, drawing, science, fandoms, etc. For kids who want to explore new interests, we have a library of DIY videos and hands-on projects they can try to track their progress!
Our extensive safety features ensure that kids can operate the app independently and achieve their creative potential without fear of bullying, negativity, or icky content.
If you're between the ages 7 and 15, all you need to do is download the app, create an account (for free, no credit card required!) and upgrade to DIY (to become a part of the DIY community).

The app had great potential, it went downhill

As a person who has used diy even when it wasn’t merged with JAM I’ve seen it change over time, change is normal but there is some issues with the management that isn’t exactly cool. One problem is the lack of sincere commitment by the mods. It feels like they can’t be bothered to deal with problems that properly now. Its just a shame really since i really loved some of the courses and challenges there. Now it’s mostly clout based. Kids just want tons of likes and complain if they don’t. It’s no longer serving the community with fun and new creative ideas and challenges. Its just a big competition between a bunch of kids who want likes. Thanks for reading my review -ex diyer

Absolutely dog crap

I like popjam Not this crap I have to do I can diy thing with my garden it 3AM the hell AND ANEYWAY I CANT GET THE GARDENS OF THE GALAXY TO DO IT CUS THATS A MOVE PS whach garden of the galaxy v.3 bolody amazing 💗💗💗

Hello DIY! I love this app so much, it’s very fun! However, I have a few suggestions/ feedback 1. Age- filtered posts. Some of the older kids on diy enjoy horror games, Eg. FNAF It’s completely fine, but this could scare younger kids. So, based on what age they enter, there will be an age section just for them! There should also be an ‘all’ for people who don’t mind seeing those posts. 2. Less expensive subscription It’s really expensive. 😃 Thank you for your time! -Itzabox on DIY

I tried to sign in but it took 15 tries. It wants me to verify every little thing. Wants me to show my face!? What if I’m not comfortable with that!!!😡😡😡😤. It’s honestly bad Everyone this is my opinion so pls no hate!
