Not able to change password
I have a jio air Fiber membership when login the account they ask my mobile number when put that then they ask password and I don’t know password so please tell how to I change because verification code not received yet I’ll trying number of time
Expired ET prime Coupon.
Recently (08/03/2024) I subscribed to Docubay because it was giving offer of three months free ET prime subscription. However, the coupon I received post subscription for ET prime is showing expired on 31/12/2023. I have raise the problem in their whatsapp contact but no reply was given till today. I was not expected that docubay will send expired offer coupon for their subscription.

Unable to open app
Unable to choose a plan
Downloaded the App to access the content but after creating the account it’s just not letting me choose a plan for membership. Keeps buffering on that choose a plan screen.

Storage issue
App doesn’t delete saved files after removing from download list, this lets app consume more space over time. Please fix this issue.

Screen zoomed and content is cropped
Cant watch on iPad as the screen does not adjust to the aspect ratio of the iPad and therefore the content gets cropped on the sides
