When it didn’t show up, I called customer care they told me the “real” waiting time is actually 10 business days, not 2-3. Why advertise one thing and enforce another? Tomorrow is my 10th business day and still nothing. To make it worse, I was told if it doesn’t arrive by then, I’d have to call again and they’d simply re-order it with the exact same 10 business day wait attached. So a delay could turn into 20+ business days with zero accountability on their end. If your delivery timeline is actually 10 days, say 10 days upfront. Don’t advertise 2-3 and then shrug when customers chase you down.
