It gets 1 star because they took my rewards points before telling me I needed to still order a minimum amount, but if I change my mind now I lose my rewards points. The rewards was the only reason I kept using this buggy, terrible app. It seems pretty clear to me you’re using some kind of “all in one” framework to build your apps. Look at all the positive reviews. I can only imagine it’s because this app has saved them so much money and guilt because you can’t actually order a pizza from it! I’ve tried! All I get is an error and then I throw up my arms in disgust, and find something much healthier to eat in my house instead! It’s the Ozempic of apps! But seriously, this app has never worked for me, so just delete it, and when the guilty pleasure arrives, order off of Safari instead. Works just fine! My dislikes are that I wish it was more like Panera or Wendy’s which save your gift cards for future use or add their balance to a digital wallet instead of making you type in the numbers each time. Also, their toppings are practically price gouges… not cheap and every topping adds an additional charge even on “free” pizzas. Besides that the pizzas, pastas, etc are always hot, tasty and ready on time and the employees are always nice! -- BBHX, 2024-12-31 ### *---- "Location: uses your location long after you exit the app" This app uses your location long after you leave the app, thus using up your battery quickly. Why does the app do this? Who knows? I just know I don’t like it, it uses up my battery. Every other app stops using your location once you exit the app except for this one & it is extremely annoying. I wish I could find a new place that the kids like to get our pizza just to be able to stop using this app. We got our pizza at 5:00 & at 8:44 pm, it’s still losing our location & the battery is rapidly being drained. Why can’t they fix this inconvenience?!? Example, I currently have a free pizza in rewards but can’t redeem it because every time I do I get the error “Invalid Coupon”.
