The application does not work correctly at all. There is no difference for the application if you have been working for a long time and you have a bad rating or you have just started and you simply do not have a rating. They don 't give orders at all !!!!!! Then how can I raise this rating if orders are not given due to a low rating ? Good ratings from customers will also not be rejected. When I was there, the client gave me a 5, but even after a week she did not appear in the rating! But bad grades appear immediately

the application does not distribute the route correctly. if you received two orders, and they are on the way, then the application leads you first to the farthest point, and then returns back. although it would be possible to separate everything along the way and it would be faster for everyone. customers do not see that I have received several orders, they constantly call and swear at me 3 why it takes me so long to go. the application does not update the time for clients or for me. Restaurants take a long time to prepare orders. I took one order, go for the second and then wait 20 minutes. and the first client shows that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes ago ... after they put bad marks.

Im so disappointed about doordash, make me unfair with oder. Them giving oder cheap and same people getting shopping oder. How about the rest?still need to wait until not have any oder? And just depends on customer rate? If customer gives not good rate dasher get a low price from oder.. this thing is unfair. Customer also dasher give a good service but them not doing a right thing. And not all customers do a survey and not give a rate. After get oder them just leave the apps! Door dash need to do a fair job and fair oder to all dasher!

BEST DELIVERY APP. If you ride a bike, easy money! Everyone complaining, ofc you’re not gonna profit delivering food on a fuel-guzzling suv mate🤣. Dasher app will always have my heart❤️

I’ve tried so many options to get my background check working, I’ve tried emailing DoorDash support about 10 seperate time and each time they say it’s updated and that they have received my background check, yet, every single time, the option still tell me that it need attention and that it’s not complete. I’m done, Menulog for the win

Not update documents on time wrost app

Door dash was great a couple of years ago. Now it’s excessive how high the fees are and the cost of food is more than what the restaurant charges. I could tolerate that but when I also have to pay more to get my food delivered direct and not after three deliveries which means my food is almost always cold on the passenger seat by the time it’s delivered. And then there’s constant missing food. There is never an explanation or an easy refund. I’m fairly certain at this point the driver is snacking away on my families meal. I paid $100 for groceries from IGA and waited almost a month to get $50 of that back. Half the time things are just missing and you either have to drive to the store to get what you paid for or wait an infinite amount of time to get a refund. This app and its shady drivers are deleted.

Take this small money for fuel and car maintenance, and just work for me. It’s complete slavery, extortion at best.
