Great app for Podcasts - have been using it for several years. One functionality I would like to have added is a list of the latest downloads podcasts - e.g during latest 24 hours. As they are downloaded automatically it is not always easy to see what are the new ones. The message just says ‘x podcasts download’

I really want to like this app. Has a lot of options, but when using carplay (which is my primary use) it sometimes starts the wrong podcast, show the wrong cover and the progress indicator freezes at one position.

I have been a happy user for many years. How ever I have started experience poor sound quality in some speakersystems/cars. I guess this is all after upgrading to IOS12 how ever I have not found a pattern. Quality is good when I use other apps, I hope this is fixed in the future.

...syncing the individual episode via iCloud does not. Downcast syncs new podcasts without problems, but doesn't sync each individual episode like it used to.

Downcast goes above and beyond, when it comes to handling podcast. Some will argue it is a bit price. Allthough very feature rich, it is easy to get started. The search functionality is excellent and cover manual import of media files as well. A particular useful feature is sorting of chapters, when listening to audiobooks. Standard setup will get you far, but is easily adjustment to fit your needs - fx purge and storage limitations. Downcast for ipad is sweet too - and yes - you can sync with iCloud. I give downcast my Strongest recommendations.

Jeg bruger Downcast næsten dagligt og har gjort det i over et år.
De sidste versioner virker som om at de bliver mere og mere buggy. Først gav appen fejl og nægtede at afspille streams uden grund og de sidste to versioner crasher uden grund mens den spiller, er sløve eller ikke-responsive når man er i appen og nærmest alle tryk på en knap har stor chance for at medføre at den crasher.

Jeg var glad for appen da den virkede - det var indtil videre den bedste app til håndtering af mange podcast abonnementer. Super fedt at man har så mange muligheder for indstillinger individuelt pr. abonnement, både hvor meget der skal beholdes i listen, om det skal downloades eller streames etc.

Ærgerligt at de har smadret appen så grundigt p.t.
Jeg ser mig om efter et alternativ.
