Awesome app user friendly

Cannot add card, customer service is a waist of time, as I write this I’m still on hold with them for 3 hours! already switching payment methods

This app logs me out every other day and I never had this issue with the old app. It’s becoming more of an inconvenience than a tool to actually make things easier.

New to app had to guess how to enter express code had to retry several times like combats better!!

App is a great convenience. Thumbs up

ACH Transfer is too slow … why a 5 day transfer ? Should be same day transfer

So far it as been terrible!!!!!

It has been a nightmare For the past 15 days And still no solutions To our request We have spend hours on hold and noone pick up the phone And when they do….they simply hang up Without any consideration

It take up to 5 days to switch money over to business bank account. I need to pay drivers and it takes to long for the money to get to my account to pay drivers

It’s hard to git signed in evertime. Tha app is temperamental, sometimes it doesn’t respond to key commands. Honestly if there was anyway I knew to rate it with less than 1 star, I’d do it. If it weren’t for tha company I’m leased to forceing me to use this app. I WOULD NOT. If you want to avoid a headache, USE SOMETHING ELSE.
