DriveSync for Virginia MCP

Cannot log in to account, although no problems using browser. Reset password, no response. Deleted. Really resent the time wasted.

Completely useless app for monitoring and tracking accuracy of mileage tracking, etc. Although the company’s “old school” web browser page has the information, this app does not. Boo Virginia and your authorized vendor for such a poor inplementation, an embarrassment that needs to be corrrected

Been a member of the program for a year. The application doesn’t work. Unable to login to the application using my address and password whil works for the website. Needs work.

This app refuses to even attempt to use my account registered with the program (no issues logging into the website, but 100% failure to log into the app). Writing letters of complaint to my state senator about this program. Giving a one star review because I can’t give a zero star review.

I can’t update my odometer because the app won’t let me sign in. The VA mileage program only allows you to use the app to update your odometer. Can’t utilize the website to do anything to update your account. Get your DEV team to fix this!

Like this really do need negative stars. Currently I’m not able to login, but even when I was, it wasn’t really a well designed app. They just need to update their website to get their photos through there instead.

Allows odometer picture and sign up, but there’s no way to know you’re active until after the first month when you get an e-mail with the month’s summary of trips. There’s no active “scoring” of your driving. Useless app except for enrolling.

I cannot log in with the app using my password that works online. Because of this I couldn’t take a picture of my odometer and got fined $15. Don’t waste your money or your time with this program until they work out the bugs.

This app doesn’t work - it doesn’t show you your driving metrics that can be seen when you log into the website. I’ve uninstalled.

Can log in via website but app does not allow me to log in. Incredibly frustrating for the pleasure of allowing the state of Virginia to spy on my driving habits. Still don’t understand why hybrid vehicles are penalized with higher registration fees.
