### ***-- "Great when it works and there’s a Cell Signal"
I’ve been using the service for about 3 years and mostly find it useful but with changes in IOS 18.1 it would be even nicer if Firsttech used iPhones NFC chip for local arming/disarming/starting for all those times when one is out of cell range.  (ie: Apple Car Keys)

If it would take an NFC module, that’s fine… as long as it’s cheaper than a key fob.  

I’m glad one can easily silence an alarm when they have to open their vehicle and Drone Mobile is unresponsive.

A winter timer would also be nice (no block heater).  I could do it with my old remote start/alarm system with the keyfob and have never understood why it wasn’t possible with Drone Mobile as it could track my car’s interior temp and the weather/temp in the immediate area and then run the periodic starts over 24 hours as an automation.

Providing a good feature and peace of mind, i give three stars since it’s still changing the units from metric to imperial, keep changing and save the settings but again find it in miles and fahrenheit,
Overall it’s good and hopefully to fix this soon for Canada customers.

Got it installed in my car when I was working long shifts out of town, so I could start my car in the winter
Only 4 stars because there has been 2 or 3 days that their system has been down and the app didn’t work. One of those days my car had died because it was -30 and their system happened to be down that day. Besides that, it’s worth every penny!

Ever since I got this installed in my Alfa Romeo Giulia it has never worked properly. I seem to have to start the car twice and have been back to the installer twice. And this issue still persists. Now the installer won’t even return my calls to setup another appointment to get this thing repaired. It works fine on my wife’s Nissan Rogue and that is why I got it added on my other car. For what I paid for the unit and it’s monthly fee one would think that it would work properly. Not happy 🤬

I’ve had this for a couple years now and if I’m being honest, just get a remote start that has an actual remote. Their app doesn’t work more often than not, I’ve had nothing but issues with the app. You try to call customer service and there is no customer service, so you put in a ticket online and you can tell it’s some kind of automated system and it just tells you what to try and if it doesn’t work, put in a new ticket. Honestly, it just sucks. Get a remote start with a remote. I paid $1000 for this and in my opinion, it’s not worth it.
