Any online free ai engine provides similar response
There are many AI engines which will provide similar or rather better answers. Research mode is very primitive and the cost for this AI/fraud is too high. with this cost, We can also get an AI like Merlin or GPT4. This AI is definitely a fraud.
Initial impressions- Amazing
I searched for EASL ACLF very particular guidelines and it outshined.
App crashing slow UI APP
Slow response slow UI. App crashing. Content is good and is reliable. Hats off. But no use if app crashes every 5 mins
Not up to the mark. Will need a lot of improvement

The app is never online
I am almost never able to use this app when I need it most because it’s never online. The ask-a-question button is almost always grayed out. Additionally, the GUI is amateurish and just needs a lot of work.
Not Legitimate
I I subscribed on a whim but quickly realized there’s no customer service. I’ve been trying to cancel the recurring subscription because I can’t access my login details, but it’s been a nightmare. For the past four months, I’ve had to keep calling Chase to dispute the charges. I also tried using the email form on their website, but to this day, I haven’t received any response.
Better than Up to Date
I am a PA student in my clinical year. Up to Date is great and all but the amount of information you have to wade through to find what you are looking for is very time consuming. Dr. Oracle is more efficient and concise when looking for answers to your medical questions. It also has peer reviewed articles at the end of every answer to back up the answer! This is my go to from now on!
