Yea, it is that bad
The app is probably coded by just one guy learning to code and is slowly falling apart. I cancelled the trip to change the driver 3 times, the same driver came - the guy didn’t event know I cancelled. Next time I ordered a taxi in advance, the booking disappeared, I had to quickly find normal taxi app to not miss my flight, but later I found out the driver arrived and I was charged the cancellation fee for the trip that wasn’t even in my app. Anyway, just use Kareem

This App is a Scam on the highest Level
Although named DTC for Dubai Taxi Corporation the only offer of fleet are limousines. Inherently more expensive and not any more reliable. Have booked and been cancelled without followup on 2 occasions nearly missing international flights. Unfortunate as it’s touted as exceptional experience yet accurate, exceptionally poor.

Alas, sone of the information regarding POD Taxi’s is not correct, I.E, that they contain wheelchair when in reality they actually do not! Sadly.
