I have added 400 dhs to the wallet in the app and i cant even use it. i got stuc in a sitaution where i had no cash in the taxi ride BUT i payed by wallet and nothing was taken from it. I sent 3 complaints and i get very unrelated replies with no solution to such a simple problem. Never using this app again and i have 400 dirhams that are unusable in the alp.

It has been over 10 days communicating with the technical team to resolve my issue on the app, and it is still not resolved. And the communication with them is very frustrating since everyone a different person replies , and you end up explaining the issue all over again 😓

This app has been a huge disappointment. The navigation directions are often incorrect, leading to a lot of frustration and over-price Additionally, rides are frequently unavailable, and the waiting times are excessively long, severely impacting the overall experience. Due to these issues, I will be deleting the app.

Although named DTC for Dubai Taxi Corporation the only offer of fleet are limousines. Inherently more expensive and not any more reliable. Have booked and been cancelled without followup on 2 occasions nearly missing international flights. Unfortunate as it’s touted as exceptional experience yet accurate, exceptionally poor.

Alas, sone of the information regarding POD Taxi’s is not correct, I.E, that they contain wheelchair when in reality they actually do not! Sadly.

Actually the app itself is nice and works in a very practical way, meanwhile, the corporation needs to work more on the attitude of drivers and the follow up of complaints, in addition i still don’t know why they call their service “limousine “?; it is not.

After using the app for the first time today, I made the decision to never use it again.

I reserved a taxi for my wife and baby to go to the hospital, allowing a one-hour window for pickup. The booking appeared to have gone through smoothly, and I was content with the quick service. 

However, after an hour had passed, I checked on the status of the taxi and was shocked to find that the booking had mysteriously vanished. There was no message or notification of the cancellation. I was extremely frustrated with this unexpected turn of events, as we were forced to cancel our doctor's appointment due to the lack of transportation.
