تطبيق دبي الصحية الجديد هو منصة ذكية شاملة توفر لكم جميع الخدمات الطبية المتوفرة في المنشآت التابعة لدبي الصحية، فمن خلاله تستطيعون الوصول للكثير من الخدمات المتنوعة بطريقة سهلة وسلسة.
تشمل هذه الخدمات: حجز المواعيد وإدارتها، الحصول على النتائج المخبرية ووصفات الأدوية، التأكد من حالة طلب فحص اللياقة الطبية، التسجيل والتطوع لخدمات التبرع بالدم، كل هذا وأكثر متوفر باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.

Patients can access their information only through this app. This app is not user friendly, keeps crashing and has multiple issues with registration. I called the helpline as I needed a report urgently and the app wasn’t working, requesting them to atleast send the report on my email but they refused and said someone from IT will call back which never happened. What is the point of doing blood tests in DHA if I can’t access my report when I need it?! Very bad service
