Dubai Health App is a new initiative by Dubai Academic Healthcare Corporation to provide all services of Dubai Health under one Smart application. Using this app, Dubai residents will be able to access Dubai Health’s Smart Services i.e., Manage Appointments, Lab Results, and Medications. Users can also check for Medical Fitness Application Status and register as Volunteers for Blood Donation services. The app supports both English & Arabic languages.

تطبيق دبي الصحية، مبادرة جديدة أطلقتها مؤسسة دبي الصحية تهدف الى توفير جميع الخدمات الخاصة بالمؤسسة وتوحيدها تحت منصة تطبيق ذكي، باستخدام هذا التطبيق يستطيع سكان امارة دبي من الوصول الى الخدمات الذكية التي توفرها المؤسسة مثال على ذلك، إدارة المواعيد الطبية، النتائج المخبرية ووصفات الادوية. يستطيع المستخدم أيضا ومن خلال التطبيق التأكد من حالة طلب اللياقة الطبية، التسجيل والتطوع لخدمات التبرع بالدم، يدعم هذا التطبيق اللغتين العربية والانجليزية.

Password reset

Resetting the password is complicated being an app for medical use.. what ever password i creat it says its not correct.. the face identity is not used .. I always have to add the password.. My bank app password doesn’t ask to change my password that often

This app is not working

Where can I escalate this app is not functioning I am not able to reset my password and no one is calling back even after submitting a feedback

Poor design and navigation

The designer lacks basic skills of creating intuitive application for easy access. For some reasons, the designer imagined this application was intended to Bill Gates.

Worst banking services ever

Not user friendly

Patients can access their information only through this app. This app is not user friendly, keeps crashing and has multiple issues with registration. I called the helpline as I needed a report urgently and the app wasn’t working, requesting them to atleast send the report on my email but they refused and said someone from IT will call back which never happened. What is the point of doing blood tests in DHA if I can’t access my report when I need it?! Very bad service

Bug

Just downloaded and The Option to click “sign in with UAE Pass” does not work / response.. Tried to click all the corners but it does not respond

Non stable app

Ita useful tool, however, crashing most of the times very slow and not responsive sometimes as well.

Guy who manage the app

The app is full of bugs and errors. Seems it wasnt even tested. Such scale should go through better testing
