My house’s power went off, and I need to reset the feeder, but I can’t log in to the app! It won’t allow me to reset password or anything.

Never wants to connect to bluetooth

Remove the login!!

I’ve bought 2 units and now they are useless. The ap support is all in Chinese. No one answers or responds. Light your purchase money on fire instead.

No manual arrived and my machine will not hold up to Bluetooth

I was over feeding my dog because she was very good at acting like I hadn’t fed her! Note I know she’s fed twice a day and gets exactly the amount she needs! Love this feeder:)

Tried to connect over and over again. Not programmable if it doesn’t connect to the app! Should have a programmer directly on the feeder. Geesh!

Doesn’t let me log In After password change. App navigation is trash. Doesn’t connect properly. Just a bad app don’t use.

Able to set up feeding and app as instructions provided. Great that I can pick any time and portion amount for my cat. He ate it right away from first trial run. This will save so much time ans sleepless nights having to feed him smaller portion control for jet restrictions. Wish I could edit the event list by line item. Also wish there was a chart that shows feeding or confirmation alert that it is working properly. Not sure how to set up voice audio yet either.

As the title says, the app doesn’t work when with WiFi enabled on your device, which is a fail. Pleas update your App.
