Face ID login and password login no longer works on the app or website using Apple products. Turns out DNS server is flagging sites it’s using during login as malicious. Why a bank app needs to send my login data/stats to spyware/malware websites is beyond me.

This lead me to read their privacy policy which turns out to be horrible. Will not be doing business with this financial institution in the near future.

The app is super easy to navigate and has a ton of features, I check my credit score for free, I can compare loan options and see what the APR would be, I can also transfer money easily between accounts, lock my card, change any personal info, or open a new account, without having to call or leave my house

By far the best mobile-first banking app.. Rivals the National Banks. Before Dupaco created “Shine”, virtually every credit union and community bank’s app was clunky, antiquated and slow. The app works reliably, looks great in dark mode — and isn’t loaded with tacky promotional offers. Glad there’s finally a local credit union that can offer personal service without sacrificing the mobile experience.  Please, add Zelle integration in the app.

I’ve been with the Dupaco for 10 years or more, and I have never had any troubles with my debit card, or any kind of financial problem with them putting too much in or taking too much out or they ere the best financial institutions I have ever been with I have had hackers scammers has gotten into my account and taking money out without my knowledge and without my authorization and the pack caught it and they replaced a while back 56 years ago they had to put back like $1000 back into my account because it was hacked but that’s not their fault but 80% of the time if there’s a familiar transaction that goes through they will decline it and send me a notification for me to call the card service to see if it was a legitimate transaction if they can let it go through thank you Dupaco all is are great. I have not ever experienced a bad situation with any of your associates none God bless you all. Keep up the good work. Love you guys.

The credit card information has been nothing but a nightmare I can tell you for the last six days I have had nothing but incorrect information I made a simple $300 payment to my account and it said that I put $1500 towards it I should’ve just kept quiet but no being honest like I did I brought it to somebody’s attention who said they were gonna call me back and they never did. Then when I did get a call back I was told that it was going to be fixed that their IT was going to look into the situation and fix it we are on day five and it’s still reading that I have a negative balance in my credit card. How is that possible when you go out to the regular website it says that I don’t have a negative balance but your website shows that I do!  Are you gonna be like the normal banks and have money disappear?  I wanted to truly believe in a credit union that worked for me but I’m hearing nothing but crickets no call today and still the problem is showing inaccurate information!
