App is trash with pop up ads

I am on IOS 18.1. The DUPR app does not allow me to change my profile picture from the default to a picture of myself, or any other photo on my camera roll. Please fix this bug, thank you!!

Dupr has a terrible algorithm. In a world full of amazing algorithms, Dupr has decided to create their own. Poorly. The customer service is slow and unhelpful, too.

In early 2023 I had a 3.4 DUPR. I entered an intermediate league (3.0-3.9) at my club. I finished the league with 20 wins and 8 losses. However, because some of the players were unranked my DUPR DROPPED to 2.8! The algorithm was changed afterwards to prevent this from happening but no change was ever made to my DUPR. I’m now working extra hard to raise my DUPR to the appropriate ranking while new club members are benefiting from the revised algorithm. Frustrating!!!

Recently matches that are 12 months+ old have been added to DUPR. The losses are recorded with the wins not having an impact. DUPR support does nothing to resolve this issue.

I don’t particularly have a problem with the DUPR system but the app basically never works (all info is blank, refreshing or closing app and reopening never works) so it ends up being pretty useless

Hi. Been using this now for 6 months. I am disappointed by how often it is offline or not synced.

Although Dupr is a good concept, it needs a LOT of work. The ratings are extremely inaccurate. Most people are ranked way higher than they actually are. My ranking is way higher than what am I which is frustrating because it prevents me from playing in tournaments at my actual score. The scoring honestly makes no sense. A friend won a match again two 3.5 players while being 4.5 on Dupr (closer to 4.0 in reality) and his score got moved up to 5.4!!!!! I like the concept of using these at tournaments but it is extremely annoying when they aren’t accurate so it’s hard to even know where to register at tournaments since your dupr is most likely way higher than your actual score and some tournaments don’t allow you to play at a level different than your dupr.

I registered for an event months ago when DUPR wasn’t required. I decided to enter another event but to my surprise I needed to connect to DUPR. Fine. When I went to connect, they said my name was already claimed. Need better security. I submitted a form to correct this and am still waiting for an answer. Seems like any question asked is a generic response. Must only have one template to work with.
