Never connects to a printer. Developer 101 allow users to enter the printer IP manually so when your software doesn’t work the users can fix it themselves.

This janky app became even more unusable after the recent update. Now the label sizes have changed and the text doesn’t show up when I type it in the box so it’s basically unusable at this point and Iv gone back to hand writing labels……..

About as useful as a solar powered touch or a million other as useful jokes. Why don’t you outsource your app development to a pot plant, it would do a better job than the window locker you employed to do the dev work on this POS.

The app doesn’t work, won’t connect to label writers on network. Don’t buy Dymo label writers as they have embedded DRM into the paper rolls which also doesn’t work you will end up throwing out unused rolls of paper/stickers. Buy any of the other brands. Dymo is terrible.

Terrible avoid

App loses connection very frequently! Will there be an upgrade to this app? We are all waiting patiently for the latest update. Such a shame as the labeller is a good one. Frustrated with the app, though.

Cannot connect to phones and it has numerous errors resulting in the printer not working from the computer also. Haven’t seen many happy customers with a dymo. Perhaps this needs to be taken to the consumer whatdog as they’re selling products they know are faulty/or know aren’t compatible with most things. Which I believe would fall under false advertising too?
