I purchased this application for maintaining my p&l & balance sheet. Unfortunately there is no p&l is provided. Only balance sheet to be maintained. Say example if you spent 5000 amount for paying your general or utility bills from your bank account, there is no option to pass this entry . Also no currency option available . Also head of accounts are not available (different assets and different liabilities heads), no option available for creating head of accounts, hence you can’t assign your friend name under accounts receivable head to whom you gave loan!

Good great App. Currently showing some heading or top titles merger in iphone 14 pro. Plz resolve. Highly recommended app for all who likes debit credit records in their mobile.

No option to make expenses entries Need an urgent update

Good App without error/fault. Lines are merging when we open General Ledger. Plz rectify this problem

I think this is an excellent accounting app, but wish It was setup for nonprofits. For example, I can’t change the owners equity account to be net asset.

Needs Improvement Assets Liabilities Equity Expenses Income I’am having to use the equity account to enter income accounts and expenses account and it needs to have collapsible sub accounts to keep the list of accounts short as well Basically this is a good app

An excellent App. Performs all the basic functions of accounting and, with a little insight into accounting principles, allows all routine functions to be done. Only one request to developer: in the description of the App could please list the order in which year end book closing is to be done i.e. do I create a journal entry of book closing first or do I generate journal entry for the income statement first ; it may seem elementary for those familiar with accounting for someone self taught it can be confusing at times. I was looking for an app that was simple. And by simple, I mean, one that would let me do all the work. Reports are simple, buttons are simple, and it's all I need for my little business. If you don't have any knowledge of accounting this isn't the app for you, but it's exactly what I was looking for. And it was only $3.00 with no monthly fees. Minus 1 star because there isn't an expense option! Please, please, please make one 🙏🏻. Oh, and the app closes sometimes. Not a huge deal though.

Let me start by saying the customer service is exceptional! (This is the majority of my 4 star rating.) Pros: the app is inexpensive and can function well for a very small business. It can be transferred to pdf or excel spreadsheet. It has functions which make routines transactions quick and easy. It allows you to edit journal entries rather than create a secondary entry for mistakes. Cons: there isn’t any help button or informational option so you should know a little accounting before get started. There are only 3 account types to select from when creating your COA (assets, equity, and liability), and I’ve not yet figured a practical way to enter revenue or expenses. I’m sure a person with more familiarity could make this work but if you’re new to accounting it maybe quite challenging. Overall it was a great app to get started tracking my business financials but unless I can figure out a good way to record expenses, it’s not going to be practical.
