Review of service, not app
I’ve been wanting to use more local services since moving to Longmont, so I downloaded this app to replace the bigger food delivery apps. I have ordered three times using this app. For my last order, one of the two meals was missing entirely. With other meal delivery apps, you contact the app customer service instead of the restaurant, so that is what I did. The customer service rep reached out December 5 advising they needed to contact the restaurant before they could offer a credit. I never heard back from them again.
