Overall the app is great. Biggest problem is it often disconnects from the bike mid ride, which usually requires closing the app and restarting it. I’ve been using the app since April 2024 and this doesn’t seem to be resolved in the latest update. The biggest flaw in the overall design is not supporting 2 or more e-bikes. I have one with a baby seat and then my dual suspension ebike. The only way I could get it working was using my old iPhone for the one. I use the same email account. So that works. But there is no ability in the app to have 2 active. You have to remove and add the other. I hate having to use my old iPhone and tether the internet through my current iPhone to be able to use the app with both bikes without removing and re-adding bikes all the time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can you add this functionality in! I’m sure I’m not the only one with multiple bikes. Thanks!
The latest couple of updates added portrait orientation for the ride screen and the ability to change the four riding modes on the app without having to go to a bike shop. Very happy with those updates to what was already a useful app. Thanks Bosch.
One of my pieces of equipment is wrong. Every 20klm there is over .5k difference (more) on the bike app to my Garmin watch. Everything else very happy with
This app has been a very good tool to measure my progress in terms of fitness Combined with my heart rate monitor I can see and feel a progressive realisation of a worthwhile goal eg fun on a bike and improving my health Kind regards David
Not being able to simultaneously have more than one bike known to the app, let alone connected, makes what would otherwise be a great app and seamless connected experience a poor one. Specialized, Shimano etc. have been able to manage to achieve this with what imagine would be less resources. A real letdown.
My Kiox 300 does some things well and fairly intuitively. I cannot get it to reliably track my ride, though. It is set to track when being used but if I ride out of town, it will give me a ride distance but no mapping. Although I live in a very small Australian country town, I expect the Kiox to do the things we are told it will do. Instead, I have to rely on my phone and watch to track rides. Disappointed.
Good companion for my e-bike but: - each time that I try to review my routes I get this error message: « Selected route could not de displayed. Try again later » - being located in Australia the suburbs are not displayed: if I want to go to « Burke street » I get several locations all of them labelled with « melbourne »
Hi Team, Would it be possible to have the route line (normally blue) display what colour you had the motor assist set to. Would be good to see what level of motor assist I’ve used for certain parts of the track/trail. I would then use this information to improve in areas and challenge myself to lower the motor assist in certain areas.
Nach einen Update der App wurde mein Account aus der App gelöscht. Nach dem neu hinzufügen wird mein Bike nicht mehr erkannt. Ich kann es aufgrund des eingerichteten Alarm und Lock auch nicht mehr nutzen. Wahrscheinlich kommen jetzt wieder Kosten auf mich zu damit der Fachhändler das fixen kann, wenn es überhaupt geht. Natürlich super während der Feiertage…. Jetzt steht hier Elektroschrott in der Garage weil die App schlecht ist. Update: Der Bosch Support konnte helfen. Nachdem wirklich über alle Wege (Bluetooth Verbindungen komplett löschen und Bike komplett entfernen) die Verbindung zum Bike entfernt und das Rad neu gekoppelt wurde ging es dann wieder und auch die Meldung „Server nicht erreichbar“ verschwand. Trotzdem ärgerlich, dass sowas passiert.
