With great emphasis on speed, data security, and a brand new interface optimized for mobiles and tablets, the eCrew app will greatly speed up the process by which you will review your crew schedule. Fresh and friendlier UI, in line with commonly used platforms, allowing for easy interaction and navigation. Technical Specifications: Minimum iOS version 11 Once downloaded, crew will be requested to enter the necessary details in order to register the device with his/her personal account. Required info: - eCrew site - Crew ID - Personal Password Biometric authentication is now available This eCrew app version is clearly laid out, efficient to use, aesthetically pleasing and includes the most widely used features. Check below few of the features available: 60% more functionality available than the previous app. - Profile edit (i.e. contact details, Passport details, etc.) - Security and preferences - Change your passwords - Fit/Unfit for duty - Days off requests - Crew Schedule Statistics - Flight/Duty time Statistics and more. Just reminding who ever needs to hear this. Please do something and make a single page monthly (calendar) view of the schedule. (Or stop blocking 3rd party ones) and allow us to see the whole month on a single page. Also, allow it to save (cache) for offline use. This cant be that hard, really people. I used a 3rd party app for the monthly view, but AIMS and eCrew are now blocking 3rd party apps. So now I am completely without a monthly view of my schedule. Doesn’t matter if your in airplane mode or connected to wifi or cell service. Can take over a minute to load your schedule. And if your in airplane mode go grave a cup of coffee. To the designers of the app, congratulations on suckering companies to use this. I recommend you reviewing your review to fix the issues. When it works it’s good. However it also shows last years schedule for the current month your in if your in airline mode. PLEASE FIX!!!!! For starters, every time I load up or refresh it takes a solid 10+ seconds to load the current schedule. Now when I launch it and tap on the screen to see things it just crashes. Each update bricks the app and I have do delete and reinstall it. It has issues with time zones, it inexplicably won't dispaly some trips. If given the opportunity, it would probably display "PC LOAD LETTER" when you really need it to work. Some days, it will simply refuse to log in. Today, it decided that a black screen of death was the desired user interface. The engineers who wrote this trash should be embaressed to have contributed code to this. They are guilt of malpractice and should probably quit. For those of us who work at airlines who refuse to pay for modern, reliable, full-featured scheduling software, we have no choice but to suffer the indignity of using this app. As with the other indignities inflicted upon us by our second-tier airlines, the best way to get through it is to have a sense of humor. Contrary to another reviewers’ opinion, the whole situation is best enjoyed as a comedy.
