I used to get on fine with this app but for a few weeks now I am unable to open any attachments from the school regardless of format, can’t click on links as they don’t open. It’s driving me insane! Missing out on a lot of information at a busy time of year. Please sort it out!

This app is honestly terrible.  9/10 when I open the app it’s blank and I have to close it down and open it again to see the update from the school.  It no longer is opening PDF files so I cannot read the newsletter and my sons dad doesn’t always gets notifications and almost missed an important meeting.

I don’t even know how to describe how appalling this app actually is! Maybe it works on other platforms but IOS no. I have the newest iPhone and it drops out, needs me to sign in , relays school information at the wrong times. The absence function records the wrong info. Awful awful app

After several years of fairly problem-free service the app’s usability just gone downhill! Following the move from Primary to Secondary, my son’s details never migrated to receive details from new school and after following school’s advice to check and update details on Parents Portal, my daughter’s details which were already on the App and were receiving messages from the secondary school for past two years have disappeared as well! The “dedicated” website mentioned in the app description that should have some answers doesn’t actually work either!

I can not understand why our councils are using this app as a form of communication . 
I frequently miss notifications, 
Tonight I am unable to send the school a message as that options disappeared .
Slow , glitchy , annoying
Avoid at all cost

I downloaded this app at the beginning of January as this is what my boys school use and it is not working. I can’t receive anything, the screen is blank. The school have been in contact with the support team for this app but nearly 2 months on and I’m still not able to use this app. So 1 star from me as have to put a star, but I’d give it on stars if I could

This app doesn’t let me view my child’s files and according to my child they have no behaviour points but this horrifying app sayid they have 69! Very useful though to see all the fantastic PowerPoint reviews!
