Terrible new design
New eero app design is just terrible. And I have to relearn how to use (utility!!) app.
Stuck in infinite login loop
Since switching to Amazon login I am immediately and repeatedly asked to login again. The app is now completely unusable. Please fix!
URL blocking
There is no option to do some basic url blocking from this app which is a real shame.
Can’t assign Nicknames
In the last couple of weeks, I have been unable to give a device a nickname (nor can I assign the correct type to the group) It’s very annoying. I have a Pure Evoke Radio showing as “Other” with a meaningless device name. Devices I have previously changed are still correct, but I can’t change those either. Doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad
Interfered with iPhone 15 function
Due to connectivity problems, using data, own and public WiFi, I had to delete the eero app. Apple have confirmed there are no problems with the phone hardware.

It connected after I called Carl/ Karl
Carl/Karl was very helpful. After waiting & listening to the corporate music for a few minutes & being passed on to Carl/Karl my Eero/ Eerache started to buck its ideas up & connect & work so that I could have my breakfast & Carl/Karl could help someone else. I must say I felt like a Pion-eero ! I hope you like my jokes because I am a proud Boomer. Yay.
Very fast installation, no issues. Recommended
I’ve just updated my broadband and now currently using the eero. So far, the installations, set up was easy, no issues. Not sure about connective as I’ve just set up. But so far so good!
