App is outdated and not friendly. Very little can be done in the app - you have to go to the website

Not working!!!

I have tried hundred times to book .. application doesn’t respond , customer service not professional 👎🏻👎🏻

This is the filthiest flight Ive been on, and I flew with almost every flight service providers you can think of. The table where u can eat is broken, the bathroom door also got broken. The flights from UAE to Cairo are filled with the lowest class of passengers lacking the most basic sense of ethics, the one next to me harassed me and I asked to change my place but no one helped! Just save urself and choose another airline.

التطبيق حزييييييين الي اقصي درجة ادخلو شوفو تطبيقات خطوط الطيران الاخري حرام بجد شركة زي مصر للطيران في تاريخها ولا يمكن اني اعرف اتنقل في التطبيق بالنسبه الاسعار او اختيار المقاعد او ترقية الدرجة او تعديل المواعيد للاسف تحس انك شغال علي موقع من سنة 97 مش مطلوب ايداع بالعكس مجرد انك تاخد افكار الاخرين وحطها عندك قارن ما بينك وبين الامارتيه ولا السعودية ولا شركات الطيران الاقتصادية التطبيق كااااااااارثي

Wish there was anything less that 1 star. Cannot checkin online service on the flight is a mess. Female crews think they too big to be serving. Enter and greet the crew they do not even respond. Worste of all EGYPTAIR ruin my wedding day. Shopped in Dubai for my wedding suit and shoes every thing and travelled with EGYPTAIR on 3rd of Dec. 2022 for my wedding on 10th Dec. in Cameroon and my return flight on 16. My bags did not arrive Kept on going to the airport nothing , had to go to local shops and find anything I can wear for my wedding, my wife same. Hahaha my bags arrived 15 Dec. evening when my return flight was on 16 Dec 2 pm

Always problem opening it, can't check my miles, can't reserve.

I have flied with many airlines & by far I have never seen worse than EgyptAir, the filthiest, dumbest, stinkiest airline service i have seen & i flew with them for 16 years due to lack of options, I am never using or flying EgyptAir agains, they are bunch of rude pricks who have no sense of service, responsibility or care, mostly I believe it is due to corrupt cancerous family recruitment all over the company, one experience with EgyptAir in 2002 is I got held up for 30 hours waiting for them to reach the airport, almost 2,000 passengers waited for 5 planes, when the cam very late they boarded everyone without reference to tickets/flight number or designated airplanes.
