Less collecting endless to-do lists. It's your time to decide, focus, finish, and move on!

Some days the problem isn't too many tasks — it's that they all look equally important. EISENHOWER gives your work a simple shape: what to do now, what to schedule, what to delegate, and what to let go. Featuring the Eisenhower Matrix — the urgent vs. important prioritization principle Dwight used to run a country, and the method this app has been refining for iPhone and web since 2011.

FOUR-QUADRANT MATRIX
Sort every task by urgency and importance: Do First, Schedule, Delegate, Don't Do. Keep no more than eight per sheet so you stay focused — with room for unlimited tasks and notes when you need them.

FOCUS MODE
Pick one important task, start a clean timer (30 minutes, or whatever suits you), and stay with it until it's done.

SCHEDULE & DELEGATE
Turn a decision into action — drop a task into your calendar or hand it to a colleague without leaving the app.

CLOUD SYNC

انصح به بشدة كبرنامج متميز جداً لتنظيم الوقت 

I tried almost every time management technique there; GTD, pomodoro etc.. This by far the best technique since it makes you to think strategically about time management.  The app itself is designed close to perfection.

### ****- "It's useful but..."
It's a useful application and I like it's time management philosophy. I just hope the developers don't stop there and add more features to it.
Right now, my only issue is moving one task from a list to another in a way that doesn't involve copy and pasting. Also, it would be nice if we could select multiple tasks to move. Finally, since we can only add 8 tasks max to a list, it would be nice if we could setup a queue so that more can take the place of ones that are done.
